Jetts 2014 app for iPhone and iPad

We are excited to invite all club managers, area managers, owners, family members, partners and support office team members to Jetts Conference 2014 at Hamilton Island in the Whitsundays.

We have managed to change quite a few critical areas of the business over the last 6 months and our like for like growth is heading in the right direction against a backdrop of more competition, but there is still a long way to go. The next step is all about defining our USP and aligning everything around this to create a real point of differentiation against our competitors. In order to really achieve this we have to become a truly member centric business, listening and engaging with our members, owners and club teams.

Our theme for Conference 2014 is ‘Love’. The reason for this theme will become more and more apparent over the next 6 months in the build up to conference through the owner forums, managers training and PT training. It is critical that owners and managers attend these sessions as we start to change our approach to all of our relationships within Jetts.

At the heart of this change is our relationship with our Members, both existing and new. Together we will work to define the strategies for having our Members fall in love and stay in love with Jetts.

There will be lots of fantastic opportunities to network, learn and contribute to the growth and development of Jetts. I would encourage you to get behind this event to make it an outstanding success as I am sure all attendees will derive significant value from attending a great conference.
